On behalf of the PPBA this is an official announcement of the cancellation of our winter show for the end of January. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes for our exhibitors, guests and vendors. A show of our size has many moving parts and many decisions and adjustments have been transpiring over the last few days. The board officially finalized our decision last night and we are now sending out this notice.
Many of our vendors are gracious and understanding as we navigate through this but the club will still have expenses that will be incurred. With that being said we will do our due diligence to refund everyone's money back in a timely manner. Please understand this is quite an undertaking on our end to process this. If you sent a check (we haven't deposited those yet) we will discard of those appropriately. All other forms of payments we will work on getting you your money back. Some folks have already graciously contacted us and said they are donating their entries to our club. This is much appreciated. If you would like to do this please contact us and let us know so we can process this.
Once again we apologize and will work on getting everyone a refund ASAP.
